I've been helping businesses of all sizes and kinds apply software to their challenges since 1983. I've also had the privilege of teaching other developers how to do it right -- I've presented week-long software engineering seminars in cities around the country; authored courseware and hands-on labs; mentored other developers one-on-one; edited a national software development publication for nearly three years; and co-authored three books on the subject, two of them as lead author. I've spent much of the past two decades working in the commercial credit space, but I have had experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and many different service industries.
